The Kingdom of Hawaii existed between 1810 through 1893, at which time the monarchy there was overthrown by resident Americans and Europeans land owners. It became the 50th state in 1959. It is one of only four states in the Union (outside of the original 13) that were once a standalone independent nations before becoming a state (the others: Texas, Vermont and California). Hawaii’s economy, today, is largely based on tourism, but it also exports clothing and food (especially pineapple and honey).

Courses that we provide are Nationally Accepted in all 50 states, including Hawaii. Hawaii is recognized by OSHA as a “state plan” operation, meaning that it’s safety and health programs are administered by state officials.
