OSHA Safety Training For All Iowa Industries Statewide
Iowa was first traveled by European explorers back in the late 1600s, with the territory claimed by the French. It later became part of what was then Louisiana and was sold to the United States in 1803. It became a state in 1846. Iowa has had an agricultural economy since 1865, but after the Great Depression, the state expanded into manufacturing. While Iowa is still known for its corn fields and its agrarian roots, the substantial part of the state’s economy is centered around manufacturing, biotechnology, finance and insurance services, and government services.
Iowa is in charge of it’s own safety and health compliance programs through its OSHA “state plan” operations. OSHA regulations are the backbone of the overall management, however. Iowa government officials are responsible for compliance requirements. You can view the OSHA State Plan for Iowa here. Iowa OSHA Safety Training programs includes the requirement to be compliant with all OSHA guidelines and regulation. Courses that we provide are Nationally Accepted in all 50 states, including Iowa.

Many construction companies require the OSHA 10 Hour Construction Outreach Training Course as a requisite for working at a job site. This course similarly can be completed in the same amount of time and results in the Department of Labor OSHA Wallet Card that is accepted in all 50 states.
Executives, supervisors or foremen may wish to take the OSHA 30 Hour Construction course instead, as it provides a larger swath of information. The 30 hour course can generally be completed in four days.
